Sardines are arguably the most classic Venetian cuisine. Every restaurant in Venice will have this meal. Sardines are long-term food prepared by fishermen on board, and in earlier times, this method of cooking can extend the Shelf. This dish is usually mixed with sardines, flour, onions and vinegar. At the beginning of the Renaissance, people began to add raisins or pine nuts. These ingredients also added a sweet and sour taste to the whole dish.
